Our Commitment

At NaiOrganics, every product is handmade in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened products

Used products

Personal care items

Custom or special orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

Orders damaged during transit

Incorrect items shipped

Orders canceled before shipment

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing.

NaiOrganics is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
